Immediately after the operation, nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism completely disappear, but the more the patient works with the computer, the less the effect of the operation. 1-2 years later, some patients have to go back to wearing contact lenses and glasses. The studies involved more than 5,000 subjects who underwent laser eye surgery. All of them spent more than 8 hours a day in front of the computer, the television and the smartphone.
